A family man at heart, Amir grew up in a household of restaurant lovers and property investors.  While working in the front of the house at his restaurants, he quickly learned that a close eye for detail could be the difference between a Michelin Award and a going out of business sign on the front door.  It was this ability to understand a customer’s unspoken needs that helped Amir to successfully manage a 4-star restaurant in Dunedin, Florida. 

With a knack for dry wit and an eye for salvaging a house in need of a facelift, in 2006 Amir turned to his other family business: flipping houses.  Amir utilizes his front of house experience to better understand what his real estate customers want.  He knows that when a couple speaks of dinner parties, perhaps a future kitchen remodel with more workable space is in the cards.
